Our tofu made from 100% hemp seeds is currently on the menu at the Linde in Büttikon in Freiamt AG and at the "Brasserie UNO" in Zermatt. Here, creative work has been done on delicious recipes. The kitchen team is very cool and is happy to have a local protein source on the plate.
